Primero Team Distributes 4,000 Facemasks, Takes Sanitation Exercise To Mile 12

The managing director of primero transport services limited, Mr Fola Tinubu and a large proportion of his transportation service staff took to the market axis of mile 12 for purpose of environmental sanitation on the 11th of September 2021.

With an aim to sensitise the populace on the significance of keeping the environment clean, the exercise saw primero tsl synergising with LAWMA to gather debris across the road pathways, emptying them on the refuse truck on standby.

In the process, 4,000 facemasks were also distributed to traders and passerby creating extensive awareness of the need for residents to stay Covid-19 conscious amidst the fluctuating 3rd phase of the pandemic in Lagos state.

“As a company, this is part of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) to support communities in cleaning the environment which we ply through, we’re also letting them know that a clean vacuum promotes good health and sound mind for profitable endeavours” Mr Fola Tinubu

“While we’re still dealing with a fluctuating Covid-19 pandemic, we shared 4,000 facemasks to residents, reminding them to live carefully, and be aware that despite looking for money, covid-19 is still out there infecting people and it’s real”

“We will continue to do our bid to help every stretch region in Lagos state that our buses plies through knowing that together we can all defeat this virus and keep a clean environment because health is wealth” Mr Fola Tinubu added.
