Abiodun Shabiolegbe

Abiodun is an Associate Member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and a graduate of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management with over thirteen (13) years of experience in Human Resource Management.

He started his career as a Human Resource Officer and Consultant with the leading Risk Consulting and People management Firm (H. Pierson Associates) and later extended to Workforce Management Centre where he led a combined units of employee outsourcing (with over 2,000 employees) and the verification unit before moving to become the Human Resource Manager in an indigenous original equipment manufacturer (Omatek Computers). He later joined Phillips Consulting as a Consultant where he was involved in uncovering and shaping business opportunities for the firm and leading teams of Business Analysts and Consultants to deliver HR related projects.

Over this period, He went through extensive international and local trainings in Human Resources Management and participated in several consulting projects from design to implementation. Some of the projects include executive recruitment, staff assessment, job analysis, performance management framework design, organisation design/corporate restructuring, culture transformation, process mapping, HR policy review/development, HR strategy development, HR operating model and governance set-up, employee engagement survey etc.
Abiodun is also a Certified Trainer with PTSG (UK), Certified Personnel Development Analyst/Behavioural Analyst with PDA (South Africa), Certified PPA Practitioner with Thomas International (South Africa), alumni of Howard University School of Business (USA) and alumni of Terry College of Business, University of Atlanta, Georgia (USA).
